The roses you purchased are Real Touch category which makes them the most botanically correct artificial flowers on the market. We are sorry that they were not to your liking but hundreds of customers love them and so do we so we will continue to offer them as long as they are being manufactured. They are by far more realistic than any other type of artificial flowers that you will find. We hope that you are able to find a variety of artificial flowers on the market that meets your satisfaction.
