Cancellations:
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
Returns or Exchanges:
We don't accept returns or exchanges, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchange details:
We advise all customers to get samples of materials to be used in their order, for color and quality approval, before making a purchase. Sample stems are limited to 1-2 per customer, per design. If you should choose to buy an item from one of our online stores without first getting samples, you agree that you understand that the size, color and quality may or may not meet your unique satisfaction. Sizes cannot be exact and will vary by half inch to an inch. You also agree that you understand our products are handmade and made-to-order, and due to this there is a no exchange, no return policy. Unclaimed mailed orders will not be refunded.
We ask you to consider that we are a small business that offer floral arrangements that are hand-made in the US, by ourselves, and not outsourced. For this reason, we no longer accept returns or exchanges due to the loss of design time, design materials, packing time and shipping materials. This type of business structure is very different from selling items that are made in bulk by factories and resold by online retailers who do not manufacture the products themselves. Each piece is uniquely made with individual care and attention for each customer.

By making a purchase for an original hand completed artwork shipped from my studio, 'Original' and/or 'Original Reproductions', you acknowledge and accept that there are no returns, exchanges or refunds unless there is mail carrier damages for which we will open an insurance claim with the shipping company to process a refund. Customers must provide photographs and video of the packaging and artwork damage. Packaging and contents must be kept by customer for insurance company claim processing. Unclaimed mailed orders will not be refunded.
